đź Step 1: Set Up Your Sticker Sheet in Canva
Log in to Canva and click âCreate a Designâ â âCustom Size.âUse 8.5 x 11 inches (or A4) to fit standard printable paper.
Give your project a name youâll rememberâsomething like âSpring Planner Stickersâ or âDoodle Sheet #1.â
Add a white or light-colored background for the best sticker visibility.
đ¨ Step 2: Add Your Stickers
There are a few fun ways to do this:
Option 1: Use Canva Elements
Search for graphics in the âElementsâ tabâlook for terms like âkawaii,â âplanner,â âpastel,â âdoodle,â or âicon.â Choose free or Pro elements based on your subscription.
đĄ Pro Tip: Keep the theme consistent. For example:
Cozy autumn stickers
Productivity icons
Self-care doodles
Bible journaling prompts
Option 2: Upload Your Own Art
Drew something on Procreate or scanned a sketch? Upload it to Canva, remove the background (Pro feature), and arrange it on your sheet!
𧊠Step 3: Arrange and Resize
Leave a little white space between each design so theyâre easy to cut
Group similar designs together (like headers, icons, or quotes)
Add light dotted lines or guides if you want to show cut boundaries (optional)
Remember: this is your sheet! Have fun with the layout and make it feel like you.
đ¨ Step 4: Download and Print
Once your design looks just right:
Click âShareâ â âDownloadâ
Choose PDF Print for the best quality
Click âFlatten PDFâ if available
Print on sticker paper (available on Amazon, Cricut, or office supply stores)
Donât have a printer? No problem! Upload your file to Staples, Office Depot, or another local print shop. Easy peasy!
âď¸ Step 5: Cut + Enjoy!
You can:
Use scissors for a fun, crafty cut
Try a paper trimmer for straight edge labels
Upload your sheet to Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio to create cut files
Once cut, your stickers are ready to decorate notebooks, planners, gifts, journals, and more. Seriouslyâsticker joy is real joy. đ
